What is involved when applying for funded services?
Please review the below information or speak to our staff about our programs. When you are ready to apply for services, you will need to connect with Developmental Services Ontario – Toronto Region toll-free at 1-855-DSADULT (1-855-372-3858) or TTY 416-925-0295.

Is there a waiting list?
There are currently wait lists for certain services. Developmental Services Ontario- Toronto Regional can provide you with information specific to the services you are interested in.

Programs we offer:

Corbrook’s respite services gives youth aged 14 – 18 the chance to explore their interests in a social and supportive setting, with stimulating activities and education to help them learn about what services may be available as they become adults. Respite provides families with time to focus on alternative priorities.


Summer Camp Respite will give you an opportunity to discover the many exciting events and activities happening in Toronto. Enjoy skills building and fun-filled activities including, but not limited to day trips, cooking, dance, fitness, social skill-building and a variety of recreational opportunities.

March Break

March break Respite camp will give you an opportunity to participate in fun activities with peers while your family members have a planned break. Enjoy skill building and fun-filled activities including, exciting day trips, cooking, dance, fitness, social skill-building and a variety of recreational opportunities.


Weekend Respite provides relief while introducing participants to all that Toronto offers. You will participate in a combination of skill-building, and fun actives. This service is a great way for you to develop relationships, hang out with friends, explore interests and enjoy group activities. Activities include exciting day trips, cooking, dance, computers skills, fitness and social and recreational skill building and more.


Come be a part of REVEL! Whether you are looking for fun activities to participate in, or building your social skills or learn to become more independent, REVEL can help. The programs offered are tailored to individual interests. You can choose from a wide range of activities that take place in the community or at one of our centres of learning.

Striving for Success

Are you interested in working in your community but just not ready yet? Striving for Success is a great program geared to teach you about today’s competitive job/volunteer market with a relevant curriculum co-developed with our educational and business partners.

  • Learn how to talk about your strengths and weaknesses in a professional way

Person Directed Planning can assist individuals with developmental disabilities to set goals and find community connections, services, and/or supports with the help of their family and or/significant others of their choice. Individuals can identify abilities and interests, make connects to social and recreational activities, enhance independence skills and find volunteer, employment and or/educational opportunities (if appropriate). The focus of planning is based on the goals individuals set.
