Please note: People supported will be receiving a call from their support worker to determine their return schedule.

After a lengthy closure due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are happy to announce that Corbrook is reopening its  in-person support services at the following locations effective Monday, February 28th

North West Location – 300 Supertest Road, Unit 4

East Location – 931 Progress Avenue, Units 1-3

Although our main priority is the health and safety of the people we support and our staff, we are strongly  committed to delivering quality, innovative supports and services both in-house and through partnerships in the  community. Corbrook will be introducing exciting new offerings, which we will share with you once our schedules  have been determined.

COVID-19 protocols will be in effect at our locations as directed by and in compliance with Ontario Public Health.  We have developed and will be implementing strategies to minimize exposure to COVID-19. These include the  provision of staff training on the required public health measures as well as staggering and limiting the number of  staff and participants in indoor settings to allow for physical distancing and to comply with capacity limits, as per  provincial regulations.

Other measures involved in our reopening is the implementation of a Safety Plan designed to mitigate the risk of  spread. These include regular screenings of staff and the people we support, vaccination education, the wearing  of masks and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), frequent cleaning and disinfection of high-touch items,  surfaces, and washrooms and working and eating in cohorts.

These and other safety guidelines and further communication on our workshops will be shared with you and your  families in the very near future. We look forward to welcoming you back to Corbrook to continue your journey of  self-discovery, explore your passions and awaken the abilities within you.
